Services For Education are committed to protecting personal information and being transparent about the information we hold about our students, customers and service users.
As part of our GDPR implementation activity, we have developed a clear Privacy Notice which sets out our position on data protection and the steps we are taking to ensure compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulations. This is available to access via servicesforeducation.co.uk/privacynotice . In line with this, we have developed and will maintain a central Data Processing Record as required by the Regulations and have communicated our personal data breach procedures to all staff.
All Services For Education staff will have undertaken training on the new GDPR provisions by September 2018.
We are committed to working with our customers and suppliers to ensure our contracts and working arrangements are compliant as soon as possible. Action plans, where required, will be discussed and agreed on a case by case basis, as appropriate.
